Initiate Your Return
Log into your Silver Cross account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and print your prepaid shipping label.
Package Your Items
Place the unworn items back into their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and protective seals are intact to qualify for a refund.
Ship the Parcel
Affix the prepaid label to the outside of your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a home pickup.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
